About the role

The Appointment Setter (English Line) is a full‑time remote position focused on engaging prospects via outbound calls, LinkedIn and email to schedule qualified sales appointments for clients.

Key responsibilities

Make high‑volume calls using a power dialer and follow scripts to qualify leads.
Book appointments directly into client calendars and update the CRM with accurate notes and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to optimise outreach campaigns and handle basic prospect inquiries.

Required profile

Fluent spoken and written English with a confident phone presence.
Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing or outbound appointment setting.
Reliable internet connection, suitable remote workspace and availability for agreed‑upon shifts.

Required skills

Experience with CRM tools and power dialers.
Proficiency in basic productivity software for remote work.
