Outbound Sales Caller

About the role

The Outbound Sales Caller will use company‑provided business leads to generate new opportunities for a Canadian B2B collection agency. The main goal is to engage prospects, schedule discovery calls and move them toward signing a collection agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads supplied in Pipedrive; no self‑sourced leads are required.
• Explain the agency’s services clearly, emphasizing that clients pay nothing upfront.
• Keep prospects engaged on the phone and book discovery calls.
• Convert leads into deals and follow them through to a signed collection agreement.
• Log every call, conversation and outcome accurately in Pipedrive.
• Maintain a healthy ratio of calls to real conversations and conversions.
• Support the collections team with collection calls when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a clear, confident, professional phone voice.
• Experience in outbound phone sales, cold calling or a similar SDR role.
• Comfort handling rejection and keeping conversations going.
• Reliable availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (or similar CRM) proficiency.
