Remote Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a remote Accounting Analyst to become the primary internal contact for financial information. You will have full visibility of company transactions, support monthly closing cycles, and help shape our accounting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and verify cost‑center allocations.
• Compile and prepare financial statements.
• Register accruals and apply corrections in the accounting system.
• Generate reports that support decision‑making processes.
• Assist in the development of accounting work‑flows and data‑retrieval tools.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
