Recruitment Specialist (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

Elevate Teams is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for insurance agencies across the U.S. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to extending offers.
• Conduct 6–10 candidate interviews per day while meeting performance targets.
• Support sourcing initiatives using creative strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Pitch job opportunities, present value propositions, and answer candidate questions.
• Build and maintain trackers and databases for candidate management.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, record‑keeping, and reporting recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven pipeline management record.
• Comfortable sourcing across diverse platforms and thinking outside the box.
• Strong sales instincts and ability to excite candidates about roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, results‑driven, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset willing to take on additional responsibilities.
