Real Estate Analyst (Remote Part‑Time)

About the role

Midfield Real Estate is looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Analyst to support commercial real‑estate underwriting and market research on a remote, part‑time basis (≈20 hours/week). The ideal candidate will have strong Excel abilities, be comfortable handling financial data, and deliver accurate work under tight, deal‑driven deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Clean T12 (Trailing 12‑Month) and Rent Roll data for incoming deals and input them into underwriting models.
• Edit and update pro‑formas.
• Compile and review area sales and rent comparables, performing deep‑dive analysis to validate underwriting assumptions.
• Gather comparable data as requested by the brokerage team.
• Create graphs and dashboards for analysis and reporting.
• Fix and troubleshoot formulas within financial models.
• Create and maintain analysis templates.
• Perform other miscellaneous underwriting and analysis tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Prior experience in real‑estate underwriting or related analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formula building, troubleshooting, dashboards).
• Familiarity with real‑estate underwriting models and pro‑forma structures.
