About the role

Our client, a real‑estate lead generation business, is looking for a part‑time Virtual Assistant to manage their client database and automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

Organise active and past client databases in Brivity.
Set up “plug‑and‑play” workflows for new leads and manage automated follow‑ups and email campaigns.
Work with Bright MLS, Skyslope and Gmail as needed.

Required profile

C2 English proficiency and prior experience as a real‑estate virtual assistant.
Hands‑on experience with a real‑estate CRM (Brivity preferred) and familiarity with Bright MLS and Skyslope.
Reliable, organized, calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines.

What we offer

Payment in USD or local currency according to candidate’s preference.
Remote work, 10 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM EST.
