Project Manager – US Embassy Venezuela Contract

About the role

The Project Manager will be based in Venezuela and will serve the US Embassy Venezuela BLS Services contract, supporting the U.S. Department of State. This role acts as the single point of contact with the USG and has authority to commit the contractor’s financial resources to meet task order requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Manage, monitor, and track services, allocating staff resources according to changing needs.
• Plan and manage projects, control resources, and monitor staff proficiency and qualifications.
• Coordinate information flow between staff and USG representatives, resolve issues, and ensure all task order requirements are met.
• Identify problem areas, respond to mission requirements, and perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of support services and/or facilities management experience, including at least 5 years managing large facilities or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, facilities, contracts, or related field, or 10 years of direct project management experience in lieu of formal education.
• Valid driver’s license from home of record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Satisfactory English proficiency.
