Project Manager – Portfolio (Humanitarian)

About the role
The Project Manager (portfolio) will lead the implementation of Save the Children’s project portfolio in the assigned region, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery in partnership with local teams and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the project portfolio with Save the Children teams, local partners and donors.
- Align field work plans with donor commitments and the Country Strategic Plan.
- Manage budgets, track project indicators and ensure resources are used effectively.
- Lead, supervise and support field teams to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with programmatic and support areas to guarantee resource availability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, International Development, Project Management or related field.
- 2‑4 years of project‑management experience in humanitarian or development settings.
- Experience managing projects funded by UN agencies or institutional donors.
- Proven ability to implement projects in complex, multicultural environments.
- Strong computer skills for planning, monitoring and reporting.
