Project Manager (IT) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large‑scale technology projects, primarily focused on staff augmentation and software delivery. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with top‑tier talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and follow strategic technology plans to support organizational effectiveness.
• Organize, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Foster reliable communication, develop team relationships, and identify growth opportunities for staff retention.
• Evaluate billable utilization, support capacity planning, and contribute to project profitability forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support IT strategies by evaluating outcomes, identifying issues, and understanding requirements.
• Contribute to financial objectives through forecasting, expense management, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Proven financial management and budget oversight experience.
• People‑management experience, including performance planning and team development.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
