Product Support Agent / Technical Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Product Support Agent to join our fast‑growing team. The role is fully remote and involves providing technical assistance to customers via phone and chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience with our products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tech support through calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues.
• Answer inquiries about order status, iFLO devices, chemicals, and product functionality.
• Process replacements and returns using Netsuite.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Required profile

• C1 level proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Client‑oriented, detail‑focused, and a good team player.
• Self‑employed contractor with a reliable PC and high‑speed internet.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in G Suite.
• Familiarity with Netsuite.
• Experience with live‑chat applications (preferred).
