Process Automation Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Automation Associate to help streamline workflows and support operational efficiency. The role is fully remote and involves building and maintaining automated solutions that reduce manual effort across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of automation scripts.
• Create and maintain database queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Assist in building integrations between systems using automation tools.
• Automate workflows between APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• Organize and analyze data using spreadsheets.
• Document integrations, automations, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience with data integration or process automation.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming for automation tasks.
• Experience with automation or integration platforms.
• Proficiency working with spreadsheets for data manipulation.
• Understanding of APIs.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Python (preferred).
• API integration knowledge.
• Version control systems such as Git.
• ETL processes or data pipelines.
• Webhooks.
• AI tools (nice to have).
