Personal Injury Legal Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

Rose Harper Law, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Case Manager to work remotely on a full‑time independent‑contract basis. You will manage pre‑litigation personal injury files, draft settlement demands, and negotiate medical liens while collaborating with adjusters and providers across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury matters and move each case toward settlement.
• Draft comprehensive settlement demand packages, including liability narratives, damages summaries, and medical documentation.
• Gather, organize, and track medical records, bills, and treatment progress.
• Identify, negotiate, and reduce medical liens from health insurers, providers, and statutory sources.
• Support negotiations with insurance adjusters, track offers, and ensure timely case progression.
• Prepare and manage closing documents.
• Keep all case files current in the firm’s case‑management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling U.S. plaintiff‑side personal injury cases.
• Proven ability to independently draft settlement demand packages.
• Hands‑on experience with medical records, billing, and basic lien work.
• Strong written and spoken English for direct communication with adjusters and providers.
• Reliable availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a track record of sustained employment.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Filevine (case‑management software) – preferred.
• Lead Docket (legal workflow tool) – preferred.
