Patient Coordinator – Remote Outbound Call Representative

About the role

We are a leading chiropractic marketing agency that generates patient leads for over 500 clinics across the United States. As a Patient Coordinator you will act as the remote front desk for each clinic, calling inbound leads, having warm conversations, and booking appointments directly into the clinic’s calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Call every new lead within approximately two minutes of entry into the Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
• Engage prospects with a friendly, natural dialogue, confirm their needs, answer basic questions, and overcome hesitation.
• Book qualified patients into the clinic’s schedule using GHL and send confirmation and reminder messages.
• Follow up with unanswered leads via call, SMS, and email until contact is made.
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes on each interaction to ensure no lead is missed.
• Represent each clinic by using its name and details as if you were the on‑site front desk.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear, and warm spoken English and Spanish.
• Previous phone experience in appointment setting, customer service, reception, or inside sales.
• Comfortable working independently, punctual, and reliable.
• Quiet home office, high‑speed internet, and a good headset.

Required skills

• Go High Level (CRM) – ability to learn and use the platform quickly.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (8 hours/day, Monday‑Friday, US Eastern Time).
