About the role

A-Teamwork is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to lead lead‑generation campaigns for the U.S. market. The role focuses on planning, launching, and scaling paid media across multiple channels while ensuring high‑quality leads and strong ROI.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns targeting lead generation.
  • Scale profitable campaigns while meeting KPI targets.
  • Monitor performance and make data‑driven adjustments.
  • Set up, test and troubleshoot tracking systems, pixels, postbacks and conversion events.
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages, funnels and creative assets.
  • Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Paid Media Specialist or Performance Marketer.
  • Hands‑on experience running lead‑generation campaigns for the U.S. market.
  • Background in verticals such as health insurance, auto insurance, solar, roofing, home improvement, legal, Medicare or home services.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and native advertising platforms.
  • Experience with tracking and attribution tools (ClickFlare, RedTrack, Voluum, Hyros or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
