Paid Media & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

Our client, an education‑technology company that offers coding courses and runs a podcast brand, is looking for a part‑time Paid Media & Social Media Marketing Specialist. You will work remotely to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns while also managing organic social media activity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise spend and improve ROI.
• Create, schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages.
• Write newsletters and marketing emails.
• Track analytics, generate reports and present insights.
• Support SEO initiatives and collaborate with the sales team on lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing.
• Strong copywriting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently 10–20 hours per week.
