Paid Media Manager – Google Ads & LSA Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Manager to lead Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) strategy for home‑services clients across the United States. This remote, hands‑on position blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution, allowing you to shape the agency’s paid‑media approach while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy and execution (search, display, shopping) from account structure to daily optimization.
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads, including budget, bids, lead quality, dispute handling, and compliance with Google Guaranteed/Screened.
• Develop complementary Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Design and run rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets and bids in real time, reallocating spend to protect ROAS and cost‑per‑lead.
• Connect ad performance to business outcomes by tracking clicks through to leads and booked jobs.
• Produce performance reports for internal and client‑facing review.
• Collaborate with the wider team on offers, landing pages, and lead‑follow‑up systems.
• Apply home‑services industry knowledge—seasonality, service‑area targeting, call tracking, local competition—to campaign strategy.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on paid‑search experience with full ownership of strategy.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads (search, display, shopping).
• Direct experience with Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses or agency clients.
• Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS and lower cost‑per‑lead.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working agency‑side across multiple client accounts.
• Currently based in Latin America.
