Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Operational Governance Auditor ensures that post‑sales client interactions meet BairesDev’s quality and risk standards. Working remotely, you will review calls, meetings, and CRM updates to spot risks, missed opportunities, and process deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions such as calls, meetings, follow‑ups, and documentation for compliance with governance standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate risks, missed opportunities, and deviations that could affect client satisfaction, delivery stability, or revenue.
• Produce clear, objective audit reports for account managers, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, detect recurring patterns, and support trend analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and assist with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to assess complex situations objectively while maintaining a business‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in audit roles and post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
