Odoo ERP Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations for our clients in Caracas. The role involves translating business requirements into Odoo solutions, planning and delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements and map them to appropriate Odoo modules.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress and manage risks.
• Coordinate functional consultants, developers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead user training sessions, change‑management activities and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations after implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into ERP workflows.
• Solid project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Experience working with technical teams and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
