Medical Virtual Assistant - Spanish Bilingual

About the role

Neolytix is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Virtual Assistant to support its network of small‑to‑medium healthcare providers across the United States. The position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute directly to clinic efficiency while gaining end‑to‑end exposure to medical practice management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation and charts for physicians.
• Update patient history, physical exam findings, and other pertinent health information.
• Ensure medical record compliance through self‑documentation attestation.
• Send completed documentation to physicians for review and authentication.
• Monitor turnaround times for basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility‑specific policies.
• Perform additional clerical tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.
• Apply assessment criteria to review and validate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (bilingual capability).
• Ability to work remotely on a full‑time basis.
