Media Buyer & Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who blends data‑driven media buying with a strong creative vision. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end process of paid campaigns while shaping the creative concepts that power them, turning insights into high‑performing ads that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other platforms, handling setup, targeting, budgets, bidding and pacing.
• Monitor core performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, spend) and act quickly to scale winners or fix under‑performers.
• Develop and execute a structured creative testing roadmap, evaluating hooks, headlines, formats, offers and audiences.
• Translate performance data into clear creative briefs and collaborate with designers, video editors and UGC creators to produce fresh ad concepts.
• Maintain a pipeline of new creative ideas, staying ahead of trends in short‑form video, UGC and performance creative.
• Produce regular performance reports, highlight insights and recommend actions to improve the customer journey from click to purchase.
