Marketplace Ecommerce Project Manager

About the role

The Marketplace Ecommerce Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of Amazon International and other marketplace initiatives. Working remotely for the LATAM region, you will collaborate with Brand Management, Advertising, Supply Chain, Compliance, Catalog and Content teams to drive growth and efficiency across multiple e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise product listings on Amazon International and other marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Walmart, Coupang, Target) including SEO, A+ content and storefronts.
• Support inventory forecasting, replenishment and logistics coordination.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify market expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Define and execute e‑commerce growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with product, marketing and operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends and campaign performance to inform decision‑making.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the e‑commerce workflow.
• Partner with PPC strategists to plan, optimise and track advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of e‑commerce management experience with proven Amazon and international marketplace expertise.
• Demonstrated success scaling Amazon sales and entering new international markets.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising principles (Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate and work independently.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Clear, direct communication style and fluency in English.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment where wearing multiple hats is essential.
