Community Outreach Specialist – Remote

About the role

Global Pacific Support is seeking a proactive Community Outreach Specialist to expand our brand presence across online communities. Working fully remote, you will engage with Facebook groups, forums, and other digital platforms to generate leads and raise awareness of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and join relevant Facebook groups and online communities.
• Initiate conversations, share valuable content, and promote the company’s offerings.
• Track interactions and leads using CRM or lead‑tracking sheets.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone while adhering to outreach guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach activities with broader campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community outreach, social media engagement, or online marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook groups, pages, and community‑building strategies.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
