Marketing Specialist – AI‑Enabled Workflow Management (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and manage AI‑enabled workflows that support enterprise production. The role focuses on creating scalable, efficient, and high‑quality marketing assets that drive pipeline generation and brand visibility. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Manage production projects from request through delivery.
• Develop and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience supporting cross‑functional business initiatives.
• Nice to have: experience with no‑code or low‑code tools.
• Nice to have: background in B2B or tech marketing roles.
