Marketing Manager – Mobile Top Up (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Manager to lead the International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) portfolio. You will drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention across the USA and global markets while overseeing new product launches such as e‑gifts and calling plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and measure CRM campaigns, including SMS, email, and in‑app push notifications.
• Design and execute digital marketing programs to acquire new customers (e.g., Refer‑a‑Friend, community events, social media).
• Develop and launch creative assets in collaboration with designers or agencies.
• Analyze international mobile top‑up data, propose action plans, and monitor performance.
• Partner with product and sales teams to introduce and promote new or enhanced offerings.
• Conduct customer surveys to capture behavior, preferences, and competitive insights.
• Track marketing budget and prepare performance presentations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top‑up, money‑transfer, or related financial services.
• B2C digital marketing background with a proven record of driving growth.
• Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High energy, results‑oriented mindset and strong project‑management abilities.
