About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the company's financial services marketing efforts, focusing on social media, email campaigns, and client outreach. This remote position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work with a team dedicated to expanding loan processing services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Support email marketing initiatives, including drafting and sending blasts.
• Conduct follow‑up phone calls with potential and existing clients to provide information about loan services.
• Use social media management and email marketing tools to track performance and engagement.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing concepts.
• Ability to manage a flexible workload of 10–20 hours per week.
