Licensing Specialist – Medicare & Medicaid Certification

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Licensing Specialist to support our Medicare & Medicaid Certification division. The role is fully remote and part‑time (6 hours per day, Monday‑Friday), focusing on preparing and managing licensing and certification documentation for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and review licensing and certification forms for Medicare, Medicaid and state programs.
• Prepare, organize and customize application documents and Policies & Procedures manuals.
• Guide clients through each step of the certification process, answering questions and providing updates.
• Research federal, state and local licensing requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily progress reports.

Required profile

• Advanced written and verbal English.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
• Experience in administration, compliance, healthcare, legal support or documentation is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
