Legal Sales Specialist – Latin America

About the role

The Legal Sales Specialist will engage qualified leads, conduct virtual initial consultations, and nurture prospects who have met with an attorney but have not yet retained the firm. This role focuses on converting leads into signed representation agreements while providing a supportive and empathetic client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact qualified leads who were not ready to schedule an initial consultation during their intake call.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up via phone, text, email, and other approved channels.
• Document all interactions and next steps in the firm’s CRM system.
• Conduct virtual meetings to understand leads’ situations, concerns, and goals.
• Guide leads through the consultation process and present appropriate engagement options.
• Address objections professionally and create urgency to help prospects make informed decisions.
• Close sales and secure signed representation agreements when appropriate.
• Follow up with leads who have already met with attorneys but have not yet retained the firm.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and persistence.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead conversations confidently while making prospective clients feel heard and supported.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking lead interactions.
