Sales Operations Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Sales Operations Analyst at BairesDev, you will ensure that leads and requests flow smoothly through the sales pipeline, landing quickly and accurately in the hands of the right Client Engagement representatives. Your attention to detail and process discipline will directly support the commercial team's efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them according to standard routing rules.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed and ensure the commercial team follows the lead upload and assignment process.
• Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Monitor automated reports that flag system issues and resolve underlying problems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, Business Operations, or customer support.
• Proficiency in CRM data management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
