Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Learning Content Developer to create engaging, data‑driven learning experiences for its Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely, you will blend instructional design expertise with technology to transform complex processes into micro‑learnings, courses, simulations, and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Design micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to recruiters' needs.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content.
• Build role‑based learning paths that support structured skill development.
• Track and report training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or technology‑adjacent industries.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data analysis for training effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
