About the role

As a Laravel Developer you will build and maintain high‑quality web applications and APIs, focusing on clean code and performance. You will modernize legacy codebases and ensure seamless integration between back‑end logic and front‑end requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and RESTful APIs using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Modernize and refactor legacy codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and security.
• Optimize database schemas and queries using MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL for high‑performance data access.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect application data and user privacy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
• Ensure application reliability through structured testing, debugging, and adherence to industry best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on PHP development.
• Proven expertise in PHP 7.4+/8+ and frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in database management using MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid background in refactoring and modernizing legacy codebases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
