Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is fully asynchronous, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in any engineering discipline (full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
