Java Fullstack Developer – Remote

About the role

As a Java Fullstack Developer at BairesDev, you will own business solutions end‑to‑end, from understanding requirements to designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable applications. You will work in a remote, AI‑driven environment alongside the world’s top 1% tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise scalable, distributed backend architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications, including user interfaces.
• Monitor backend performance and continuously improve it.
• Document application changes and collaborate closely with product and design teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Java developer.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of front‑end development experience.
• Background in cloud environments and advanced proficiency in English.
