IT Support Level 3 – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Level 3 professional to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure management for a U.S.-based organization. The role is fully remote and requires strong troubleshooting, cloud administration, and customer‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Amazon AWS, Windows Server and other server platforms.
• Develop automation scripts, manage email, DNS, antivirus, firewall, VPN and security solutions (Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Todyl).
• Deploy and support remote management tools (ConnectWise, Datto) and backup/virtualization platforms (Datto, MSP360, NinjaOne).
• Administer ticketing systems (Autotask, Syncro, ConnectWise) and create technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven Level 3 IT support experience in complex environments.
• Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS and Windows Server.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
