Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to design and execute influencer campaigns for global brands. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility to collaborate across international time zones while working with leading content creators on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, including content approvals and scheduling.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—creative, analytics, and client services—to maximize campaign impact.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced digital environment and across multiple time zones.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with influencers, agencies, and talent representatives.

Required skills

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blog platforms.
• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and campaign management.
