Influencer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of multiple influencer campaigns across our portfolio of digital‑first consumer brands. You will work closely with the Influencer Manager, handling the full influencer lifecycle from creator sourcing to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of several influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on track.
• Source and engage creators that align with brand, platform, and campaign objectives.
• Assist with outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship management throughout each campaign.
• Prepare, manage, and store influencer agreements, contracts, briefs, and creator details.
• Track creator deliverables and published content across platforms, and compile performance reports.
