IFS Cloud Engineer – Remote (Planning & Scheduling Optimization)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s IFS Professional Services delivery team as a remote IFS Cloud Engineer. You will focus on implementations of the Planning and Scheduling Optimization (PSO) module, working closely with Solution Architects, Functional and Technical Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver optimized field service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations where the Planning and Scheduling Optimization module is in scope.
• Run client workshops and document business processes.
• Configure PSO to meet client needs and business requirements.
• Support testing and go‑live phases of implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Provide consulting expertise on planning and scheduling optimization solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IFS consulting or implementation.
• Strong expertise in IFS PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimization).
• Proven consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of Field Service Management, including work order lifecycle, dispatch, mobile field operations, and routing.
• Availability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
