Human Resources Coordinator – On-site in Caracas

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will join Wesworth Electric’s on‑site team in Caracas, supporting daily HR operations for a fast‑growing electrical contractor. This full‑time position ensures accurate employee records, smooth recruitment processes, and effective benefits administration while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
• Support performance, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries and help resolve relations issues.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Organize training and development initiatives.
• Partner with managers to promote an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with broader HR and operations teams for accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management with hands‑on operational experience.
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and local labor law compliance.
• Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, time‑management, and confidentiality skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
