About the role
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Generalist to act as a bridge between the Human Resources department and business units in Caracas. The role will support talent development, drive organizational effectiveness, and help build a high‑performance culture aligned with our business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes as a mandatory function.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
