About the role
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Caracas. The role acts as a key liaison between HR and business units, shaping people strategies that align with organisational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development programmes.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation.
- Facilitate organisational change and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes as a mandatory responsibility.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
