About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR / Executive Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership of tasks, and can work independently without constant supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR‑related administrative tasks.
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
  • Research solutions and manage projects independently.
  • Create and improve internal processes and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and team members.

Required profile

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, recruiting, or executive support is a plus.
