About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR / Executive Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership of tasks, and can work independently without constant supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR‑related administrative tasks.
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to executives.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Research solutions and manage projects independently.
- Create and improve internal processes and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with various departments and team members.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in HR, administration, recruiting, or executive support is a plus.
