Growth Marketing Lead – Shopify, Product Launch & Paid Traffic

About the role

Natural Cure Labs is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Lead to own and expand its D2C Shopify channel. You will be responsible for the full funnel—from conversion optimization to paid traffic—while driving the launch of multiple new wellness products throughout 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Own D2C revenue metrics (conversion rate, AOV, LTV) and continuously improve UX/UI, page speed, and product page messaging.
• Design and implement tripwire funnels, post‑purchase upsell paths, and high‑impact offers using direct‑response frameworks.
• Manage the upsell stack (One Click Upsell), subscription models, and loyalty programs.
• Run disciplined A/B testing programs and document results.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, and TikTok, either hands‑on or via agencies.
• Align paid media with organic, email, and affiliate channels to maximize profitability.
• Partner with the Product Manager to build launch funnels for each new product.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a proven track record of scaling D2C e‑commerce channels.
• High‑ownership mindset; comfortable making data‑driven decisions without a predefined playbook.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fully remote team.
• Strong analytical skills with a profit‑first focus on CAC, contribution margin, and payback.
