Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Growth & Marketing Lead to own Charly’s growth strategy, from marketing and brand positioning to the full sales cycle. Working closely with the CEO and GM, you will attract attention, build relationships, and turn prospects into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and brand positioning, messaging, content, case studies, and social presence.
• Own the lead funnel and partnerships, focusing on relationship‑building rather than cold outreach.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from first conversation to signed contract.
• Create sales collateral, decks, proposals and follow‑ups that reflect Charly’s unique voice.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene to ensure repeatable growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing and business development experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment (or 3+ years with an MBA).
• Proven track record of building relationships, growing lead funnels and running sales cycles.
• Exceptional written and spoken English – clear, persuasive and free of corporate filler.
• Self‑directed, comfortable working closely with founders.
• Based in Europe or Latin America.
• Kind, talented and ambitious.
