About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and iterate growth loops across inbound, de‑anonymization, and personalized outbound channels.
• Rapidly prototype and ship solutions, moving ideas from concept to production quickly.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, ops, and engineering teams to align experiments with business goals.
• Leverage AI tools to scale experiments and personalize outreach for hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.

Required profile

• Background that blends coding ability with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong interest or experience using generative AI for growth experiments.
• Bias toward rapid prototyping over lengthy planning cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
