Graphic Designer – Digital Campaigns & Figma Expert

About the role

As a Graphic Designer you will lead the visual development of digital campaigns, including promotional, holiday and seasonal initiatives across web and retention channels. Working closely with senior creative leadership and marketing teams, you will translate concepts into final assets using Figma and Adobe tools.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and execute visuals for digital campaigns, promotional launches, holiday events and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop and optimize graphics for online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compatibility with web and mobile interfaces.
• Lead design work in Figma – building layouts, organizing files, creating components and collaborating in real‑time.
• Prepare mockups and final assets for e‑commerce pages, retention email templates, paid product pages and web banners.
• Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control for easy access.
• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming and visual strategy sessions with copywriters and marketers.
• Uphold and evolve visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in typography, layout and colour.
• Manage multiple deadlines, balancing speed and detail without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with Retention, E‑commerce and Brand teams, communicating effectively to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality designs that meet business objectives.
• Strong conceptualisation, visual communication and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, layout and composition.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam, including design systems and component creation.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
