About the role
Solidarités International is seeking a Grant Manager (M/F) to join its team in Caracas for a four‑month assignment. The role will support the organization’s humanitarian programmes by overseeing donor‑funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and facilitating effective reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full grant lifecycle, from proposal development to final reporting.
- Monitor grant budgets, expenditures and financial performance against donor agreements.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure activities meet donor objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and submit regular financial and narrative reports to donors.
- Maintain accurate grant documentation and support internal audits.
Required profile
- University degree in finance, international development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in grant management or donor relations within the humanitarian sector.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
