Full-Stack Software Developer – AI Interview Platform

About the role

THEIA Jobs is a fast‑growing HR‑tech startup building an AI Interview Agent that automates thousands of candidate interviews each day. We are looking for a Full‑Stack Software Developer to join our distributed engineering team and help expand our AI‑powered interviewing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React (Vite, TailwindCSS).
• Build and optimise APIs that integrate AI services, third‑party tools, and internal micro‑services.
• Integrate with platforms such as Salesforce, Google Cloud, Firebase, and Render.
• Collaborate with design and AI teams to deliver intuitive, high‑performance user experiences.
• Implement new product features, including multimodal interviews (text, voice, video).
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security across the entire stack.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product roadmap discussions.

Required profile

• Professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Proficiency with Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, Vite, or similar front‑end frameworks.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Firebase Firestore, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhook integrations.
• Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud and/or Render.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written & spoken).
