Frontend Developer (Remote) – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. The role involves reviewing AI‑generated code, rating AI responses for accuracy and quality, and creating coding challenges to improve model performance. The position is fully remote, asynchronous and suitable for engineers at any level.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
