Field Operator – South America Recruitment Event

About the role

We are recruiting experienced field operators from South America to support our industrial facilities in Qatar. The role involves operating and monitoring equipment across utilities, inlet receiving, sulphur recovery, and LNG units to ensure safe and reliable plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain competency through on‑the‑job training and job rotation.
• Operate field equipment following approved safety procedures.
• Monitor, log, and report operating parameters and irregularities.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance, execute work, and recommission after completion.
• Manage Permit to Work processes and conduct field audits.
• Conduct safety walks, audits, and observation cards to ensure site safety.
• Provide first‑line emergency response to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.
• Brief incoming shift operators on current status and significant events.
• Collect regular and special samples as directed.
• Perform low‑voltage electrical isolation and de‑isolation for maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (12 years) plus a vocational training certificate.
• At least 5 years of operator experience in utility, inlet receiving, sulphur recovery, or LNG facilities.

Required skills

• Electrical isolation of low‑voltage equipment.
