About the role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to act as the bridge between HR and business units in Caracas. The role will drive people strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Facilitate organizational change and culture‑building initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processes (mandatory).

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
